UCSB ECCES is staffed with approximately 45 to 50 full time professional teaching and administrative staff.
All Lead Teachers must be eligible for a Master Teacher Permit or higher issued through the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Teachers must have strong educational backgrounds in early childhood education and child development. Center staff are carefully chosen for their outstanding training, ability and experience with children.
